The epistemique.fr site is published by Elie Abousaab, in a personal and non-professional capacity. It is a non-commercial academic site, presenting the work of a doctoral thesis prepared at the CEDS.

In accordance with Article 6, III, 2 of the LCEN, the publisher, a natural person publishing in a non-professional capacity, may choose not to disclose their postal address publicly; it is held at the disposal of the host.

The publication director is Elie Abousaab, the publisher of the site.

The site relies on two distinct hosting components: the delivery of the site and the application, and the database associated with the study.

The structure of the site, its texts and its graphic elements are protected by copyright. The thesis's original concepts, in particular the ESS, the CRMP, the FBSS, the ASE, the societal resonators and the proposed amendments, as well as their wording, are the intellectual property of the author.

Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the site or its content, by any means whatsoever, without prior authorisation, is prohibited. Academic citation remains free, provided the source is clearly stated, author, title and page address.

The third-party reports, publications and resources cited on this site remain the property of their respective authors and institutions.

The epistemique.fr site collects no personal data for audience- measurement or advertising purposes. It uses neither Google Analytics nor any third-party tracker.

• Contact form, it prepares an email in the visitor's mail client. No data entered is transmitted to this site or stored by it; the exchange then falls under email correspondence.
• Experimental study, it runs on a separate platform (inoculation.fr), which has its own information notice on data processing. Participation is anonymous; responses are recorded in a Supabase database hosted within the European Union.
• Data controller, for emails received, Elie Abousaab. Messages are kept only for as long as is necessary to process them.

In accordance with the GDPR and the French "Informatique et Libertés" Act, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection regarding the data concerning you. These rights are exercised by email to elie@epistemique.fr. In the event of a difficulty, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr ↗).

The site uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. No prior consent is therefore required and no cookie banner is displayed. Only items strictly necessary for the technical operation of the site, exempt from consent, may be used.

This site links to external resources, institutional reports, scholarly publications, specialised platforms. The publisher exercises no control over those sites and cannot be held responsible for their content or their availability.

Site developed in React and TanStack Start. Self-hosted, free typefaces: Source Serif 4, Inter and JetBrains Mono. No third-party tracking service is integrated.
